About ID Press

Built for shops that press all day.

ID Press Inc. designs heat presses for the people who run them eight hours a day: screen printers adding transfers, apparel brands pressing their own drops, and promo shops turning orders around overnight.

Every model starts from the same rule. Heat has to be even from edge to edge, and pressure has to be the same on the first shirt and the five hundredth. Then we back it with a warranty and a support line staffed by people who have pressed thousands of garments themselves.

Air pressure does the work, so every press lands with the same force no matter who is running the machine. The upper platen swings away and the base slides out toward you, which keeps your hands clear of the heat while you lay out the next garment.

Machine #A press, 16 x 20 in lower platen with silicone pad, air hose and quick coupler, Teflon sheet, power cord, and a quick start card with a setup video link.
A 220V outlet, an air compressor that holds 60 to 100 psi, a level bench rated for at least 150 lb, and about 18 in of clearance behind the press for the swing.

Edge to edge heat

A cast-in heating element keeps the whole 16 x 20 in surface within 3°F.

Heat-free workspace

Swing the platen aside and slide the base out. Layout happens away from the heat.

Consistent pressure

Pneumatic force from 60 to 100 psi, the same on every cycle.

Safety first

Emergency stop, overheat cutoff and auto-release are standard.

A professional press that fits on a desk and plugs into a regular wall outlet. When the timer ends, a magnetic latch releases and the platen opens on its own, so a transfer never overcooks while you are trimming the next one.

Questions before you buy

Still unsure which press to pick? Send us what you print and how many a day, and we will tell you straight.
Yes. Any shop compressor that holds 60 to 100 psi works. A quiet 1 gallon unit is enough for most shops, since each press uses very little air.
The Machine #A runs on 220V, like a dryer outlet. The Machine #B runs on a standard 110V wall outlet.
Yes. Save a preset for each material and switch between them in one tap on the controller.
Freight shipping is free in the contiguous US. The AirSwing arrives on a pallet, and the AutoClam ships in a double box by ground.
Two years on parts and the heating element, plus setup help over phone or video for the life of the machine.
